Recently bought a car from HT Vehicle Sales. Henry is genuinely the best car salesman I've ever dealt with, and I've bought a lot of cars!

Within an hour of enquiring about a vehicle Henry had sent me a full video of the car and answered all the questions I had as I live 70 miles away. He informed me of all the faults on the car which would be sorted before collection. Henry kept me informed every step of the way, had the car serviced, valeted and MOTd , ready for me to collect inside the same week. You can tell he takes pride in his customer service !

I bought a Mercedes A Class recently from HT Vehicle Sales and the service was perfect start to finish. As soon as i contacted pictures and videos were sent of the car and all the details were sent over. I am from London so the journey was very long but Henry picked me and my friend up from the station and gave an excellent service. Great job by Henry, no hard sell and took the time to answer our questions in detail. The car was prepped to a higher standard than I actually expected for a £5000 Golf. Freshly serviced and MOT'ed ahead of my collection and was spotless when i picked it up. He also took the time to talk my partner thoroughly through the controls rather than just chucking the keys at us after payment.

I recently bought a car from Henry and the service I received has been second to none. I enquiried online and within the hour I received the information I wanted and arranged a test drive. I was advised of a few small issues with the car which I probably wouldn't of even notice/picked up on if he didn't tell me beforehand, these was sorted prior to picking it up along with a service and MOT included for free. The whole finance malarkey was smooth and very easy and I drove away a very happy customer. The car broke down today due to a small wear and tear issue with the throttle position sensor, I managed to get the car back to the garage and the issue was sorted the same day. HT vehicle sales has changed my perception on independent garages and I couldn't recommend them more to anyone after a used car. Top bloke, top service and best of all a top motor!

Henry is a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and he is in no way pushy like so many salespeople. We had an issue with the car which turned out to be user error, but he offered to go through all of the controls a second time with us and never made us feel stupid for our earlier mistake. We have had the car a few weeks now and it is great, finally got to grips with the tech so can leave him in peace! Thanks again Henry.
